On day two, hear from Milday’s subject matter expert, Tammie Stevens who will help you unlock your potential as an educator with her course on High Impact Classroom Presentations. Tammie is a licensed cosmetologist and instructor who is passionate about education for the beauty industry. She has over 35 years of industry experience in a variety of roles including salon and school owner, corporate education leadership, continuing education provider and SME for Milady.

Foundations of Waxing: An Introductory Class for Cosmetology & Esthetic Teachers
Presented by Perron Rigot’s Cali VanAelst, our final session is a comprehensive class to give a solid foundation in the waxing essential theory of stripless hard waxing. Cali is an esteemed licensed cosmetologist and esthetician with over 30 years of experience, renowned for her expertise in waxing and skincare. After years in the esthetic field focusing on skin care, ingredients, spa management, and the full range of esthetics, waxing became her passion teaching for the last 15 years. Named 'Best Waxer' and featured in various publications, she is a leading figure in the industry. As the National Training Director for Perron Rigot, Inc., Cali is dedicated to advancing the field through hands-on education and coaching. Her expertise lies in Brazilian and eyebrow waxing, with Cali performing an impressive 400+ Brazilian waxes monthly. A prolific speaker, writer, and educator, she continually inspires innovation in the waxing and skincare realms." In her free time, she can be found paddle boarding on Lake Michigan in Chicago.
